The purpose of the app is to help increase tuberculosis case detection and enrollment in treatment through improved screening, documentation, and referral practices in the private sector. It has the potential for rapid scale and high impact in the fight against tuberculosis.

This video walks the view through a hospital and offers "bubbles" of information over the heads of hsopital staff, family members and patients so that the medical professionals get a better idea of their fears, thoughts, and hopes.  It was shown by the CEO of the Cleveland Clinic to a general meeting of staff in 2013.  

Since 2015, Liberia has been rebuilding the country’s health system, which was devastated by a civil war that ended in 2003 and again by the Ebola epidemic that ended in 2015. But improvements in the remote clinics are a ways off.

Uganda is considered a "hot zone" for infectious diseases. Uganda is particularly vulnerable to epidemics because of its unique location near the Congo Basin; its close connection with other countries; the risk from natural disasters; and the ever-present threat of evolving pathogens or antimicrobial resistance.
