Understanding and Challenging Stigma Towards Injecting Drug Users and HIV in Vietnam

This toolkit is written for community leaders, AIDS educators, people living with HIV, health workers, teachers, media workers, and others involved in the AIDS field in Cambodia. Its aim is to build awareness and commitment to confront HIV stigma, and promote more care and support for people living with HIV. It is designed to help in planning and organizing educational sessions with community leaders, service providers, or organized groups to raise awareness and promote practical action to challenge HIV stigma and discrimination. There are sections on naming stigma, reducing fear, stigma in the family, stigma and youth, and stigma and children.
