As Program Officer II for Information & Communication Technology (ICT) and Innovation at the Johns Hopkins University Center for Communication Programs, I am responsible for shaping digital communication programs to improve public health outcomes at the Center specifically around behavior change health interventions. I have worked in a variety of mhealth, ehealth, and health IT settings. This includes providing guidance and support at the patient level on direct engagement and education through mobile health innovation, at the clinic level on health IT integration and clinical work flow around care coordination, and at the population level on system improvements and large scale public health quality improvement programming through more effective policy. I have served in the US Peace Corps in South Africa working on HIV/AIDS outreach and in the AmeriCorps program in East Boston working on community health programming and food access policy. I have an MPH in International Health and Development from Tulane School of Public Health and a BA in Chemistry from the University of Buffalo.
