Libby Skolnik

I joined JHU∙CCP in 2009 after serving as a community health volunteer in Peace Corps Peru. As the project manager for the Measurement Learning & Evaluation’s KM activities since 2010, I create tools and forums for diverse audiences to ensure sharing and learning of adequate and current health information via state-of-the-art technology. My KM expertise is in FP/RH.

Leanne Wolff

I have worked with Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs for almost ten years, supporting a number of international projects in social and behavior change. I am currently living in Pakistan as Deputy Chief of Party for a USAID-funded maternal and child health program. With a focus on behavior change communication, adult learning methodologies and capacity building, I have partnered with local organizations to plan and implement community-based health and development interventions, curriculum development, IEC materials, distance learning, entertainment education, and mass media campaigns. I have a background in graphic arts, NGO management, international education, and behavior change communication.

Keris Raisanen

I am the Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor for HC3. Prior to joining Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Center for Communication Programs, I worked as a clinical trials database programmer for Quintiles, a multinational contract research organization. I also spent several years working with teams in East Africa on international research and evaluation activities with Ipas, a reproductive health NGO based out of North Carolina. I have a BS in Biochemistry from Ithaca College and a MPH in Epidemiology and International Health from the University of Michigan. My master’s thesis work focused on HPV infection and type prevalence among cervical cancer cases in three regions of Tunisia.
