Senior Associate at ideas42 currently working on projects in global health. Prior to joining ideas42, she worked as a Global Health Fellow for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) providing social and behavior change technical leadership and direction for maternal and child health programming. She has field experience in Africa and Latin America, and she holds an MSPH in Social and Behavioral Interventions from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a BS in Science, Technology, and International Affairs from Georgetown University. In addition to a deep interest in all things behavioral, Stephanie also enjoys baking, reading, languages, and board games.

Simon Banda with more than 10 years experience in the field of public health in Zambia. worked with Health ministry in Zambia but currently working for Peace Corps Zambia for 8 years. I have Diploma in Environmental Health ,Diploma in Project Planning and Management , BSc in Social Work with Mulungushi University and currently perusing MPH with Lusaka University.

Sandy Garcon

Sandy is Senior Manager, Advocacy at Population Services International (PSI), where he manages a portfolio of advocacy initiatives primarily focused on menstrual health and self-care for sexual and reproductive health. Consequently, he coordinates the Secretariat of the global Self-Care Trailblazer Group and leads the SCTG’s Advocacy Working Group. He also oversees strategic communications and outreach for PSI’s HIV/TB department and programs. Sandy has over a decade of advocacy and communications experience in the non-profit, public relations agency, and institutional sectors.
