Measuring Change: A Guide to Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation of Communication for Social Change
This guide is for all those involved in communication for social change (CFSC) processes, but especially for those people who are facilitating the dialogue and implementation processes. It should be useful when monitoring and evaluating CFSC processes and evolving change, such as shifts in the dominant norms or beliefs in a defined community. This guide is designed to help a community to better determine if changes the group decides on have been made or not.
