BRIEF PROFILE OF MWEBEMBEZI JOSTAS
Mr.Jostas is the Executive Director, Founder and Senior Research Consultant of Rwenzori Center for Research and Advocacy (RCRA) a not for profit communication for development organisation in Uganda working to improve lives of women and children. Mr. Jostas has a first Degree in Statistics from Makerere University Kampala. He is a certified public statistician with substantial experience in Project planning and Management, Monitoring and Evaluation.

Mr.Jostas has worked in behavioral change communication and advocacy fields for the last 6 years – with expertise in managing teams, research, monitoring and evaluation of programs including the development of Monitoring & Evaluation(M&E) plans, M&E methodologies and indicators; data collection and analysis protocol, undertaking baseline surveys process, mid-term, and end-term evaluations; monitoring and evaluating multi-region large scale health programmes, including in fragile and post-conflict environments; conducting data quality assessments, interpreting performance results and analysis of the implications of such results in the country context; report writing and Promoting research uptake. His expertise has seen him manage exciting and complex projects mainly focused on health systems strengthening, mHealth, reproductive health, family planning, malaria, HIV/AIDS, advocacy, Maternal Newborn and Child Health, Child Surviva

Gbawu Woiwor

I am a Liberian with community development interest having previously trained as accountant. The issue of diseases continue to wreak havoc on mostly impoverished populations across the world. My development work requires that I put more efforts in networking with groups with expertise in these subject areas, hence my need for joining this network.

Esemere Kayaro Lilian Holds a Masters in Development Studies. She has over 10 years in Integrated Development Programming around Gender, Youth Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights. She has extensive knowledge and practice in Human Rights, and a Rights Based Approach to Sustainable Development. Lilian has extensively involved herself in Advocacy areas at Local, National and International while monitoring processes and policies to make sure they conform to acceptable and agreed standards.
She is enthusiastic and Keen in promoting Health Rights for all within the broader Development discourse, while safeguarding the rights and interests of the marginalized, vulnerable, the minority and less privileged.

Sanjeeta Agnihotri

Sanjeeta Agnihotri works as a Research Assistant as well as the Knowledge Management and Documentation officer at CCP India. She has been closely involved in managing and working on projects on a wide range of public health spheres, such as- Tobacco Control, RMNCH+A framework, Risk Communication patterns (with special reference to Swine flu pandemic), Reproductive health, Multi-media communication campaign for the National Mission for Clean Ganga. She has an extensive experience in documenting, collecting data, formulating reports reviewing documents for completeness and archiving the same.
She has a robust experience in Research and Knowledge management, managing the organization’s knowledge through a systematic process of acquiring, organizing, applying, sharing documentation of experiences, to make sure that the organization can learn, retrieve and use its own knowledge assets.
