Keris Raisanen

I am the Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor for HC3. Prior to joining Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Center for Communication Programs, I worked as a clinical trials database programmer for Quintiles, a multinational contract research organization. I also spent several years working with teams in East Africa on international research and evaluation activities with Ipas, a reproductive health NGO based out of North Carolina. I have a BS in Biochemistry from Ithaca College and a MPH in Epidemiology and International Health from the University of Michigan. My master’s thesis work focused on HPV infection and type prevalence among cervical cancer cases in three regions of Tunisia.

Dharma Raj Bajracharya

Dharma has Over 32 years working experience in the INGOs and USAID, UNDP, UNFPA funded various projects in the area of Social and Behavior Change Communication as a tool for social/community mobilization, technical and programmatic part of the media communication/campaigns, radio/TV media communications development, production and broadcasting, graphic design/development/coordination/management/ production/dissemination of IEC/SBCC and advocacy materials at the central and field level.
•Experience working in the development of case/success stories, photography and video coverage.
•Experience in management of audio-video materials and archive/ documentation of various important documents.
•Experience of working in the field of information technology skills, computer hardware/software, photography, video coverage, audio recording of any official activities/events.
•Creative PowerPoint presentations, layout/formatting/editing/publication, documentation and dissemination of program-related information materials, generate in-house progress reports, workshop materials/proceedings,
•Development of work plans, budgets, administrative/financial matters, etc.
•Experience in collaborating with multiple program stakeholders and partners under consortium approach.
•Associated with Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health/Center for Communication Programs (JHU.CCP Nepal) since July 17, 1995. Currently he is providing technical assistance to Nepal HC3 project.

David Kulick

As Program Officer II for Information & Communication Technology (ICT) and Innovation at the Johns Hopkins University Center for Communication Programs, I am responsible for shaping digital communication programs to improve public health outcomes at the Center specifically around behavior change health interventions. I have worked in a variety of mhealth, ehealth, and health IT settings. This includes providing guidance and support at the patient level on direct engagement and education through mobile health innovation, at the clinic level on health IT integration and clinical work flow around care coordination, and at the population level on system improvements and large scale public health quality improvement programming through more effective policy. I have served in the US Peace Corps in South Africa working on HIV/AIDS outreach and in the AmeriCorps program in East Boston working on community health programming and food access policy. I have an MPH in International Health and Development from Tulane School of Public Health and a BA in Chemistry from the University of Buffalo.

Claire Slesinski

Program Specialist at the Center for Communication Programs at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, supporting SBCC projects in Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America. Areas of interest include gender transformative programming, communication, and advocacy; HIV/AIDS prevention programs and communication; and the use of entertainment education for behavior change.

Caroline Jacoby

Caroline has over 15 years experience in behavior and social change communication with an emphasis on Family Planning, Maternal, Newborn and Child health, Adolescent Reproductive Health, Reproductive Health, Nutrition, Communication Strategy Development, Capacity Building, Community Mobilization and Entertainment Education through mass and community media. A Senior Program Officer at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health/ Center for Communication Programs (JHU/CCP), she is currently providing technical assistance to a Gates-funded Family Planning program in Nigeria and USAID-funded Nutrition and Family Planning programs in Nepal. She teaches a graduate level Entertainment Education and Behavior Change Communication course.
