BALANCED Project Mid-Term Evaluation

The BALANCED (USAID Building Actors and Leaders for Advancing Community Excellence in Development) Project project aims to advance and support wider use of effective Population, Health, and Environment (PHE) approaches worldwide.

The project’s three goals are:

• Buid capacity for integrated PHE implementation
• Develop, organize, synthesize, and share PHE knowledge and tools
• Implement results-oriented PHE field activities in areas of high biodiversity

This evaluation describes many of the project’s activities.
