Logic Model: Activities and Audience Planning Chart
In developing a logic model, an SBCC team needs to determine the key program outputs. Outputs are the actions program staff will take to make sure the program succeeds. When determining outputs, the target audience(s) should also be identified. These audiences represent who will be engaged in the program’s actions or become targets of the actions.
A good way to identify outputs is to create a list of activities or actions that will take place to achieve program goals. For example, will the program conduct trainings or create new materials? Think about the resources that might be needed to complete these activities. Then review the inputs list to make sure it includes the resources needed for each activity on the outputs list
This template can be used to perform the activities/ audiences planning activity.
