Management, Leadership and Partnership for District Health

This module is used in training WHO District Health Management Teams of the Africa Region. The purpose of this module is to familiarize the teams with basic leadership and management principles around teamwork, multi-secotral collaboration, partnerships, and community participation.

The module includes a discussion on: Management and leadership concepts, Multisectoral Collaboration, Partnership between organizations, and Community participation and partnerships.The module also includes several case studies for further reflection.
