Modern Communities of Practice

This document provides guidelines for building communities of practice (CoPs).

The guidelines come under three categories and are discussed in the three sections of the document:

• Building a community
• Maintaining a community
• Measuring the impact of a community

At the beginning of each section, there are recommendations for how to accomplish that task. After each section, a mini case study illustrates some of the report’s recommendations.
