This tool helps the user create and manage social media initiatives. It walks the user through a step by step process including creating a strategy, setting goals, defining the audience, creating content, deciding on communication channels and timing, building the campaign, and scheduling it. There is also a forum for registered users (registration is free), and a reference/information center.
