WABA Guidelines for Gender Sensitive Materials, Advocacy and Communications

These are guidelines developed by the World Alliance for Breastfeeding Action to be used in all of WABA’s programs and publications as well as by WABA’s partners, endorsers and breastfeeding advocates in general in their work on breastfeeding protection and promotion. The guidelines cover using gender neutral terms, respect for women’s rights, and avoiding stereotypes.
