Youth Peer Education Tookit: Standards for Peer Education Programmes

The Peer Education Toolkit is a group of resources designed to help program managers and master trainers of peer educators.

The five parts of the toolkit are based on research and evidence from the field as well as local examples and experiences. This guide can be used by program designers and program managers, as well as by top managers overseeing larger peer education initiatives. It is also a basic reference and guidance tool for supervisors, trainers, and peer educators themselves.

The guide is organized to be user-friendly for various readers and purposes. Section 2 provides a chart of the standards themselves with a brief description of what it means for those standards to be met. This guide does not describe how to set up or implement activities.
