Supportive Supervision and Monitoring Checklist

This is a Social and Behavior Change program monitoring checklist prepared by the Nepali provincial Operational Management team. This team is part of the project “Social and Behavior Change Capacity Strengthening Support Material for the Local Level.”

This checklist has been used n the several joint monitoring field visits that were conducted by Breakthrough ACTION Nepal with government stakeholders and USAID in the focal municipalities and in locations where the reach of the SBC palika package could be expanded for use by the municipalities.
