Recommendations For Implementing Gamification for Mental Health and Wellbeing
This article explores the use of gamification for mental health and wellbeing by examining core properties of the game form. It also examines the best ways to conceptualize and implement gamification to achieve mental health and well-being goals, starting from conceptualization through to iterative co-development and evaluation, and how gamification can best be conceptualized and implemented for mental health and well-being goals from conceptualization through to iterative co-development and evaluation. Finally, it summarizes its conceptual analysis into recommendations for researchers and designers.
