IPC for Immunization Toolkit
JHU CCP, with support from UNICEF, has developed an interactive package of tools and training resources designed to support frontline workers (FLWs) in their immunization work.
The focus of the package is to improve their capacity to effectively communicate with parents and caregivers to address barriers to immunization uptake and completion. FLWs serve as a crucial bridge between communities and health services and are among the most influential sources of information in vaccine behavior. Thus their interpersonal communication (IPC) skills plays a crucial role in improving vaccine coverage.
The package includes:
- Audio job aids
- Video Series
- Adaptation Guidance and Needs Assessment
- Facilitator’s Guide
- Participant’s Manual
- Frequently Asked Questions
- Supportive Supervision Manual
- Reference Cards
- The M&E Framework
