Seeds of Change Video Series (Semillas de Cambio)

Produced by Breakthrough ACTION, Semillas de Cambio (Seeds of Change) is an immersive social and behavior change video series highlighting the daily lives and transformations of individuals in Quiché and Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Through powerful, first-hand testimonials, the series serves as tangible evidence that positive behavioral and social shift is achievable within indigenous and rural communities. By showcasing local women and men who have overcome systemic barriers to become role models, the stories inspire viewers to reflect on their own lives and adopt healthier family practices. To maximize localized impact and ensure deep cultural relevance, the series is uniquely available in Spanish as well as the indigenous languages of K’iche’, Ixil, and Mam.
