Integrated Malaria Services Support Supervision Check List
This checklist, part of the Northern Uganda Malaria, AIDS & Tuberculosis Program (NUMAT), NUMAT was a 6-year, USAID-funded project designed to expand access to and utilization of HIV, tuberculosis, and malaria prevention, treatment, care, and support activities in conflict-affected districts of Northern Uganda. The checklist was designed to ensure that service providers ask questions about the patient’s malaria status during an appointment. The service provider is prompted to ask the patient about her malaria status and to provide medication if necessary.
