Transform/PHARE activités brise-glace pour atelier de communication – Workshop Ice-breaker Activities
Ces cinq activités brise-glace ont été créées pour être utilisées lors des ateliers SBC.
Chacun dure environ 20 minutes. Les sujets sont:
- Disposition pour une bonne communication – Aider les participants à comprendre l’importance d’une bonne communication ouverte et empathique.
- Parapluie Atomique – Encourager le respect de la différence en matière de culture, des valeurs, des croyances et des perceptions.
- Culture et Perception – Comprendre les différences de perceptions entre les cultures.
- Si j’etais…. – Mieux comprendre les différences de genre.
- Message recus de le famille – Encourager les participants à explorer les valeurs familiales qui influencent leurs perceptions et leurs comportements actuels.
These five ice-breaker activities were created for use during SBC workshops.
Each takes about 20 minutes. The topics are:
- Disposition for good communication – to emphasize the importance of empathy in good, open communication
- “Atomic Umbrella” – To encourage participants to respect differences in values, beliefs, and perceptions
- Culture and Perception – To understand the differences in perceptions among different cultures
- “If I was….” – To understand gender differences
- Messages Received from the Family – To encourage the participants to explore family values that influence their perceptions and their own actions
