“Hooked” Comic Series for Family Planning

“Hooked” is a comic series which was part of the National Family Health Campaign in Zambia which runs once per week on the campaign’s Facebook page and follows the life and interactions of young women and men in a college setting. It discusses family planning, condom use, HIV testing, and malaria prevention, among other health topics

Malaria Job Aid for Community-Based Volunteers

This job aid is designed for Community-Based Volunteers (CBVs) to take with them to the communities to distribute nets.

The aid reminds the CBVs how to manage distribution of nets, and how to teach the people receiving the nets about the use and care of nets.

Precious Times Comic Book

“Precious Times” is a comic book which was produced which was part of the National Family Health Campaign in Zambia.

The comic follows a group of high school-age girlfriends who are at different stages of relationships with their boyfriends. They discuss the advantages and disadvantages of having sex with their boyfriends, and then eventually all go to the Family Planning clinic in order to find out more. The girls make various decisions about having sex, and deal with the consequences.
